General Booking Terms

• Bookings are made directly with the hotel and are confirmed only on receipt of the applicable payment or guarantee.
• Guests are requested to review the booking and cancellation policies in full before confirming a reservation.
• A valid form of payment and government-issued photo identification may be requested at the time of check-in.
• Any additional services or amenities not listed in the booking may incur extra charges, payable at the hotel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 7 or more days prior to arrival: the full amount will be refunded.
• Between 5 and 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• Within 5 days of arrival: the full amount will be charged.
• No-show: the full amount will be charged.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
