To ensure a comfortable and secure stay for all our guests, Nivasana Manali maintains the following hotel policies. We request all guests to kindly familiarise themselves with these guidelines, which form part of your booking agreement with the hotel.
We accept UPI, major credit and debit cards, net-banking (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS) and cash. In accordance with RBI regulations, cash payments exceeding ₹50,000/- require submission of a valid PAN card.
Smoking is permitted only on room balconies and in designated garden areas. Smoking inside rooms or other indoor spaces is strictly prohibited, and violations may attract a cleaning fine of up to ₹25,000 per room.
Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of consideration for fellow guests. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in eviction without refund and charges for any resulting damages.
Children between 0 and 6 years of age stay complimentary using existing bedding. Children above 6 years are subject to additional charges, and the use of an extra bed may incur a supplementary fee.
We regret that pets cannot be accommodated at the hotel at this time.
Guests may bring one bottle of alcohol per room. For group bookings of four or more rooms, a maximum of four bottles or one case of beer is permitted in total.
Pre-packaged snacks are permitted. Other outside food and beverages are not allowed within the hotel premises.
Guests are liable for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The full cost of repair or replacement will be charged at check-out.
Nivasana Manali maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards the abuse or mistreatment of our staff and other guests. Any such conduct may result in immediate eviction and, where appropriate, legal action.
